Your products. Your own store.

CloudyCode provides ecommerce website design in Sri Lanka, using WooCommerce to turn your product range into a store customers can browse and order from. We design and build around your brand and how you sell.

The store

Built for the way you sell.

We build WordPress and WooCommerce stores for businesses that need their own place to sell online. That can mean a clothing catalogue with checkout, a new brand with its own logo, packaging and store, or a product range that starts a WhatsApp conversation. The right store makes your products clear and the next step easy to find.

Our work includes clothing, eyewear and herbal products, with each store built around its brand and customers. For Global Natural Herbal, we designed the logo, packaging and website, and built the WooCommerce store. Tell us what you sell, where your customers are and how you handle orders today. We use that information to plan the pages and features your store needs.

Taking orders

Payments, messages and chat.

We connect payment gateways to help customers complete their orders. Our AXXII project includes payment gateway integration. For nApparel, we connected PayPal payments for an Australian uniform retailer. We plan your integration around your chosen provider, account requirements and checkout flow, then confirm the setup work in your quote.

WhatsApp ordering works well when a conversation helps customers choose before confirming a sale. For The Specx, we built a custom tool that takes customers from the WooCommerce store to WhatsApp. Tell us how you take orders, and we will help you choose a flow that fits.

Order emails are included in the store package.

The process

Sketch. Build. Launch. Care.

  1. Sketch

We start with your products, brand and order flow. We agree what needs to be built and what content you will provide. On larger projects, we agree the design before building it.

  2. Build

We design and build the WooCommerce store around the agreed scope. Layouts cover desktop, tablet and mobile. Product setup, checkout and any custom ordering tools follow the written quote.

  3. Launch

We test the store, prepare it for launch and hand it over with admin training. Hosting and domain setup use your own account, so the account and domain stay in your name.

  4. Care

The first three months of backups and maintenance are included with a new website. We can then look after updates and small edits through a separate website care plan.

Know where the build starts.

From Rs 95,000 once

Your ecommerce website price follows the products, pages and features you need. Start with the online store package, then tell us about your catalogue and ordering plans. We quote the agreed work together, including design and development, so you have a clear budget for the build.

We will help you identify domain and hosting fees, paid tools and payment provider charges as part of planning. Knowing the setup and renewal costs makes it easier to budget beyond launch. See our packages and pricing, then send us your requirements for a written quote.

Questions

Before you start.

What does a WooCommerce store cost?

Our online store package starts from Rs 95,000, as a one-time build price. The final quote depends on your catalogue, content and ordering features. Domain, hosting, paid tools and payment provider charges need their own agreed budget.

Can you connect a payment gateway?

Yes. Our AXXII work includes payment gateway integration, and nApparel includes PayPal payments. We help you plan the integration around your chosen provider. Your quote sets out the setup work and any account approval steps needed before launch.

Can customers order through WhatsApp?

Yes. We built a custom WhatsApp ordering tool for The Specx. Tell us whether you want checkout, chat ordering or both. We scope that flow around how you handle enquiries and confirm orders.

Can I manage products and orders myself?

Yes. The online store package includes order emails and admin training. We cover the day-to-day work you need to do in your store. We also agree the initial product entry and any import work with you before the build.

What happens after launch?

The first three months of backups and maintenance are included with a new website. After that, ongoing website care is a separate service. Ask us to include the care scope, hosting renewals and paid tool renewals in your written quote.
